Privacy policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
SaaS Farm is a free showcase where founders list the products they build in public. We collect as little as we can, we never sell data, and we run no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in (by email or with Google) we receive your email address, your name and your profile picture. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
- What you publish. Products you add (name, tagline, website, category, description, tags), the updates you post, and the clans you create or join. These are public by design, together with the display name from your account.
- Reactions and reports. To count one reaction per person without an account, we store a random visitor ID in a cookie (
sf_vid). It isn't linked to your name or used for anything else. - Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs (such as IP address and browser) to run and protect the service.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs: Clerk's session cookies to keep you signed in, and the anonymous visitor cookie described above. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Who processes data for us
- Clerk: sign-in and accounts.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Heroku (Salesforce, on Amazon Web Services): the database.
- Google: product icons are loaded from Google's public favicon service, so your browser contacts Google when it shows them. If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google handles that sign-in.
- ImprovMX: forwarding of email sent to support@saasfarm.app.
Your choices
You can edit your products at any time from their pages. To delete your products, posts or account, or to get a copy of your data, email support@saasfarm.app from the address you signed up with and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Children
SaaS Farm is not intended for anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Questions? Email support@saasfarm.app. See also our terms.
